About Clubmoni

What is Clubmoni?

Clubmoni is an app for personal savings, clubs, and community programmes. Your Cashbox shows your own balance and payments. Each group or programme keeps its own record of contributions, loans, repayments, and payouts.

Use one login for your Cashbox and any clubs you join. If you start a club, you can manage it with the same account.

Built around the group's rules

Groups work in different ways. Some save through Book and Hand or Osusu turns. Others collect welfare contributions, raise project funds, or manage loans. Clubmoni keeps each group's records separate and follows the rules the group sets for amounts, timing, approvals, and payout order.

Shared records

Keep a record of what is due, what has been paid, and what remains outstanding.

Clear responsibility

Members and Club Masters have different access. Approvals and actions are recorded for the group.

Useful beyond savings

Organize project contributions, welfare support, loan disbursements, and repayments in context.

Clear records matter when money moves

Payment records update when a payment is confirmed. A pledge or payment link is not itself proof that money has arrived. Where a payment provider is used, provider confirmation is the source for marking a payment complete.

Clubmoni records wallets and group balances inside the platform. These records are not, by themselves, a bank account or a promise of deposit protection. Always review your group's rules and the payment details shown before sending money.
